Head prison wardens T and Nina bring one of their charges to the punishment room and are soon messing with his mind teasing him with their breasts, whipping him if he looks, reprogramming his mind to stop being an ogler. The constant rounds of teasing and corporal punishment are perpetuated until the wardens feel he has learnt a lesson in humility.
