Clare Fonda is the manager of a leather company. Nico Luva works for her. Employees are supposed to wear leather to work. When Nico shows up to work without wearing leather, and also failing on the job in other ways, it is the last straw, and she ends up over the knee of her much taller boss. Nico has a lovely curvy bottom that gets quite red from the hand, plus, what else, a leather crop. Lesson learned the hard way.
