All the patients at the asylum are kept in straight jackets and only get a release by the certified nurse. There is no touching or masturbation allowed. Draining male’s fluids needs to be done by an expert and that happens to be me. I love teasing and tormenting my patients, owning and controlling their release is part of the therapy.
