Roommates Nyxon & Emily are on a “friends & family” cell phone plan, and when Emily was overseas she forgot to turn off the roaming & racked up a giant bill. When Nyxon confronts her, Emily just shrugs & says that they should just split the bill as usual. Nyxon explains to her that her part of the bill is a lot more, and that she needs to pay for her part, and once again Emily shrugs.
