The second part is always worse.for the bitch. For you, it is always better. In this second part Dog essentially comes apart as a human being and is reduced to her base elements, meat. And in this case, howling meat as her suffering becomes audible through its agonized cries.
Dog is meant to suffer, existentially, as if suffering is the only thing it its life. It is not human, not even animal in any true sense, merely a vessel for pain, degradation, agony, humiliation, dehumanization, exploitation, and exhibition.
