Dick Dastard just moved into a hoity toity neighborhood & the rumors are already flying amongst the neighbors. Macy & Nyxon get together one day to discuss all of the HOA rules that Dick is breaking, and decide to teach him a lesson. Nyxon calls him up under guise of being neighborly, and when he shows up she gives him a special drink. When Dick opens his eyes, he finds himself stripped down to his underwear & bound with rope. Both Macy & Nyxon are giving him 20 questions about how he makes a living & what exactly goes on at his house. Confused, Dick begs to be let go, but Nyxon stuffs a ballgag into his mouth, telling him that she’s going to take some photos to out onto the HOA website. Dick screams from behind his gag as Macy & Nyxon leave to tell the other neighbors about his delinquent behavior.
