Mistress Kandy shows her new charge, Cousin Matty, just how she will keep him in line. He already committed one infraction, being late, and now he gets to see why he will never be late again. Kandy canes one of her other bitches, who not only is forced to take the beating, but is decked out in Mistress’s bikini. He doesn’t do it justice, and Mistress berates him for it. She also orders Matty to beat the sissy bitch with a paddle and while he is reluctant to do so, he realizes this could be happening to him next time he’s late. And yes, Matty does get a brief taste of the paddle himself, just enough to know he’d rather avoid Mistress Kandy’s firm hand.
